We believe that working closely with our clients makes a real difference, so we aim to collaborate in person as much as possible. Ideally, we work onsite with our clients at least two days per sprint (each sprint lasting 2–3 weeks).
Depending on the project, this may require travel to Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, which means flying and staying in a hotel. Most trips last two to three days, and you’ll typically travel with a colleague.
Our approach ensures that we build strong client relationships while maintaining a healthy balance between travel and office-based work.
